    • What do I want to develop?

    • How to give feedback

Workshop on Feedback & Pitching

It was an overview on how to give & receive feedback, and on pitching. The focus was on the following topics:

  • Influence of feedback on self-development

  • Different types of feedback

  • The Johari window

  • Introduction to Pitching

  • Pitching session with feedback

Personal Contribution: Lecture Attendance, Feedback, Pitch Presentation

Obtained Results: Why is feedback important, understanding of feedback as a self-discovery mechanism. Understanding the concept of pitch presentations, and why are they useful. Improved presentation confidence. 

 

 

Leadership Workshops + follow up meetings

It was an overview of Leadership skills and team development processes.  The focus was on the following topics:

 

Workshop 1

  • Phases of team building

  • What leadership skills I want to develop

  • How to start up the project 

Follow up session

  • Follow-up sessions to evaluate teamwork

Workshop 2

  • Review of leadership style in the last project (between team leaders)

  • Leadership style Test analysis and discussion
