Tutoring

The tutoring of a team from the AT100 course was:

• Weekly meetings with students, monitoring team work, helping the group process

• Bi-weekly meetings with Professors, reporting of team performance

• Team Evaluation: Evaluation of the teamwork and of the contribution of single students, peer review session handling

Obtained Results: Improvement of my understanding of teamwork, better understanding of the effectiveness of SCRUM and benefits of using peer review.
