Aims:

Understand sentences and frequently used expressions related to areas of most immediate relevance (e.g. very basic personal and family information, shopping, local geography, employment).

Communicate in simple and routine tasks requiring a simple and direct exchange of information on familiar and routine matters.

Describe in simple terms aspects of his/her background, immediate environment and matters in areas of immediate need.

Dutch Intermediate (Mark: 10)
Aims:

Understand enough to manage simple, routine exchanges without undue effort

make yourself understood and exchange ideas and information on familiar topics in predictable everyday situations, provides the other person helps if necessary

initiate, maintain and close simple, restricted face-to-face conversation

describe past activities and personal experiences. Use simple descriptive language to make brief statements about objects and possessions and compare them
