The workshop was an Introduction to Systems Engineering, Team Work techniques, Agile Development and the CAFCR Method in particular. Topics included:

Understanding of the importance of the role of the System Architect, its position in the product development process and it's responsibilities.

Introduction to some Project Management concepts, Different product development process models (V-Model etc..), the phases of big projects. The importance of stakeholder feedback. Concurrent Engineering.
